With over 200 exhibitors, Thailand Bakery & Ice Cream attracts over 20,000 visitors over four days bringing the best of the baking and ice-cream industry together.
The show is designed to accommodate the increasing consumption and demand for these food categories within the ASEAN region. Bakery & Ice Cream provides a platform for manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and retailers to establish their presence within a competitive market. Over 8 million baht (about us$ 250,000) is spent on marketing and PR efforts, attracting a motivated buying audience to ensure increased brand awareness and networking opportunities.
Supported by the Thai Bakery Association, features of the show include master classes, workshops, seminars by industry experts and the Thailand Bakery Decoration Championship.
